Been in there since day one, 20 years ago! The delivery address used on orders uses the billing name. Wherever possible it should use the delivery name.

The S.M.S. Portal is now broadly capable of supporting multiple stock warehouses. The next step is to use these warehouse details to raise different INV's than for the Austrian warehouse, different tax rate of 20% vs 0% for Austria, and, again due to different taxes, separation of warehouse tax rates for pushing the orders to Xero

The data is put into a JSON object, which is like a hash map. In order to maintain the data order which comes from the PHP server, this needs to be replaced with a JSON array.

Currently when order updates are received the comments and tags, OrderSource, are overwritten. This means that there is a risk of comments and tags going missing if a subsequent update arrives with empty tags.



What happens if the comments and tags are legitimately removed?

For historic reasons all orders from the Amazon EDI server are treated as simply Trade. When transferring to the US Portal, if the name starts with Amazon then change this to Amazon Vendor

- addition of channel drop-down on phone orders page. This field should be mandatory but use blank as initial value to force users to select one
