Needs some thought. What if there's an actual need to transfer it again?

For historic reasons all orders from the Amazon EDI server are treated as simply Trade. When transferring to the US Portal, if the name starts with Amazon then change this to Amazon Vendor

e.g. search for Amazon Vendor - USA with the show only Amazon box ticked yields no results

"The system is automatically failing orders that have had items refunded. We don't want it to do this unless the entire order has been refunded and cancelled.



I refunded 1 item on an order through Shopify the other week and the order failed on the UK Admin even though there were multiple other products on it meaning the rest of the order did not get shipped.

Currently on the main Orders admin tab the default search is to search on billing and delivery address. The default is to change to just delivery address, with the option to search the billing address as well.
