Currently, Peter moves the orders from 'ready to dispatch' to 'shipped' once sent out, and we then mark the orders in 'shipped' as 'complete'. However, there's no real need for this last step now, as we don't necessarily need to check any of the orders that have been shipped.... Thanks Jen
