Started promoting EDI INV. Spent a day constructing an X12 message rather than EDIFACT!

In the end Amazon told me a blatantly incorrect script was correct and escalated the call to production. I think this is because the support people don't know how to debug EDI messages. So we'll need to continue testing using real invoices, which is not ideal.

First version published to SMS portal for DE, FR, ES and IT domains. UK domain remains non functional while Amazon looks in to their end

ES, FR and DE domains have now passed Amazon's integration tests. IT and US (X12) are in integration test. The UK environment remains broken (Amazon's end). Going to start submitting UK invoices anyway.

Amazon's UK portal has finally been fixed. Basic test passed, promoted to production and will monitor test results
