FS#16 - SKU mapping incorrect in push to Xero

The database ID is still being used in the basic order push to Xero

Reviewed other Xero pushes, e.g. from Amazon FBA and stats pages, and they all seem to use the correct SKU value. This means that the array field being used for SKU may actually be used as if it were the database ID

Added extra array element to definitively hold the SKU. Added function to get the SKU from the supplied data and populate this new array element. Also added comments as to the importance of not altering this array as it is a simple numbered array, i.e. not associative.
