FS#162 - When INVs have been sent mark orders as complete

Will need to wait until all portals have passed Amazon testing. Currently waiting on IT, US and UK. UK may be an issue as Amazon's system is broken and they don't seem able or willing to fix it

IT and US now pass Amazon testing. Still waiting on the U.K., ain't that always the case?!
