FS#168 - Filters not working on mobile

Hi Owen,

Opening a ticket, to report that the filters are not working on our website on the mobile. As we have seen it together this morning, I can click on filters, but nothing happens.
Would be great if you could fix this.

Owen, just wanted to say that the filters actually do seem to be working on the mobile, but the problem is that the Jivo icon is covering the filter button, so you can't see it... and then you need to close the tab to see the results. If we could move the Jivo chat icon to the right, it might solve the display issue.

I am unable to move the Jivo chat button. Despite being set to appear on the bottom right it remains stubbornly on the left

Should we contact Jivo support or Searchanize? Does Jive even have support?!

Been on to Jivo support, they're stumped. They say for them it works, i.e. it's on the right.
