FS#175 - Send order delivered emails as ShipBob service unsuitable

Shipbob has recently switched off their shipping notifications from Evri. This means, when a customer places an order on our site, they now only receive the following comms:

1. Order confirmation email

2. 'Your order is on the way' email (with link to tracking)

Previously, Evri would send an email once the order had been delivered, so I was wondering if there was any way of sending this from Igennus once an order is delivered? Evri often leave parcels in hidden places and so it'd be good to notify customers once their order has arrived 😬

There are webhooks in Shopify to send us notifications that an order has been "prepared for local delivery" and "routing complete". I can sign up for these and see what comes across and when. I am taking "routing complete" to mean delivered!

It appears to be possible to raise in_transit and delivered events to Shopify via their API using the fulfillment_event call. It is not clear if an email is sent out when Shopify receives these messages. If these calls are being made to Shopify by ShipBob then the answer is no, however, if ShipBob are not using these Shopify API calls then what calls do they use?

Still waiting to hear back from ShipBob what messages they send to Shopify to indicate in transit and delivered

ShipBob have confirmed that they do send in a Carrier name and, like us, are unable to send more than one fulfil that Shopify acts upon.

The carrier information appears in Shopify when we send in our one shot fulfil message to Shopify. It is not clear what ShipBob are doing that differs from us, maybe the point at which they send the message, or the status contained, means that Shopify fails to save the carrier?
