FS#182 - Try and track down PHP JSON parse errors.
The portal is still throwing occasional "parsererror" exceptions when processing some JSON data in to the database.

Double check that all JSON storage in to the database is first run through mysqli_real_escape_string

There are still unknown errors being thrown by the PHP runtime. Not sure how to track them down now

Moved from MySQL to MariaDB. So far no more errors reported.
