FS#186 - Add checkboxes similair to UK orders tab.
The UK portal orders tab has options to Show only trade orders, Hide trade orders, Show only unpaid orders, Show only paid orders, Show only Amazon orders and Hide Amazon orders. See if there's a way on adding
