FS#191 - Reposition widgets along bottom in mobile view

The Rewards button has been moved from the left hand edge to the bottom.

* Recover the padding space on the left to move GiftBox widget back to its original position

* Add padding to Rewards widget to move it clear of the Jivo chat widget, preferably to float in the middle.
