FS#199 - Enhancements to production planning

Multiple steps are required


- modify Wasdell Stock & BOM page.

* Remove current entry boxes

* Replace with batch entry boxes as per product edit page

* Add a Save All button

* Add individual Save button per product

* Add search button

* Correct errors shown when sorting table by column headers

Added code to the development version that

* Replaces the various warning boxes on the summary page with upcoming batch entry boxes.
