FS#200 - Reinstate auto complete U.K. and U.S. DTC Shopify orders

Auto complete and add the tracking number into shopify so it fulfils the order when it has been shipped

U.K. orders now ok after transfer to BigBlue.

U.S. orders appear random, some auto fulfil while others do not

Add extra diagnostics to IgennusHelper when it stores tracking info in U.K. database.

N.B. Will need to add this file to the log rotations
