FS#206 - Changes to the way canceled or refunded orders are handled

"The system is automatically failing orders that have had items refunded. We don't want it to do this unless the entire order has been refunded and cancelled.

I refunded 1 item on an order through Shopify the other week and the order failed on the UK Admin even though there were multiple other products on it meaning the rest of the order did not get shipped.

Order ref is 159987 for Tanya Schlepp"

Will need to attempt to compare the incoming order with that stored in the database.

* If any items remain in the order then do not auto fail it.

* Modify or create a message to indicate partial cancellation or refund

Partially refunded orders will no longer fail, they will remain as or become new orders. Fully refunded and cancelled orders will be failed. A note will be added to the comments indicating if this is a full refund, partial refund or cancelled order.

A knock on effect of this is that old orders may be resurrected back as new orders if Shopify sends a partial refund indication after the order has been failed on orders admin. If this becomes an issue I'll look again, but it's a bit tricky to second guess when an order should be renewed
