FS#209 - Add function to multi select orders to fail them

Add a tick box to select so that we can select multiple orders to fail on both the UK & SMS Admins so that we don't have to go into them individually.
NOTE: Would be worth having an 'are you sure?' notification pop up so that things aren't failed accidentally
