FS#215 - GiftBox cancelled Shopify orders - remove from Admin

Hi Owen,

Gift Box will now cancel any Shopify orders that do not meet the requirement for a free gift (e.g. attached).

Is there a way to remove the products on from the order, when it comes through to the admin page? There is risk of the current order note being missed, as was the case with this order!

Code added to remove order lines from orders if Shopify indicates no order lines. This is very tricky to test, so monitor carefully.

Code resulted in orders being emptied of order lines. No one noticed! An entire month had to be replayed.

Added code to Shopify tab to allow searching by email and replaying orders from the Shopify update log files
