Orders retransferred from the UK portal should update the delivery address held in the TransAddress table.

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  There's no knowing what has happened to the order before the retransfer occurred. If it's just the delivery address, then this is easily edited on the remote server. If this is a major issue a new ticket can be opened

Rearranged code on SMS end so that addresses are only updated if the data is present. If no data is supplied the recorded address in the TransAddress is unchanged

Is the real point of this ticket to say orders retransferred should not go over as a new order, but an update to the order previously transferred? And then just update the delivery address. I don't think this is a good idea!
