FS#224 - Inbound stock page must be capable of creating new stock items

Currently and new products need to be added manually to the Stock tab before an inbound shipment is moved to Arrived

This could only happen, I believe, if the odd situation occurred that a product had been deleted after the order was transferred. Same with batches. However, if a batch is missing is defaults to using the next batch in the list when the order is re-visited.

However, in investigating this ticket I found that the historic stock level indicator was broken, i.e. not recording events properly. This was especially noticeable for Inbound orders. A potential fix was published on Friday last week.
