FS#227 - Replay all orders erroneously cleared of all line items
1,400 in total, we think. How was it allowed to get this bad?!

First run through. Orders prior to 5th June 2025 will have been deleted, which will leave possibly many hundreds of orders that can only be recovered by manually editing the order and adding the order lines!

Last edit to replace UTF-8 hyphens with ASCII hyphens as searching for UTF-8 doesn't work. N.B. there will likely be other UTF-8 characters, but they haven't shown up with this blanked order set
