FS#230 - US Portal - combine 'shipped' & 'complete' status'

Hello Owen.

We were wondering if it was possible to auto complete orders once they are moved into the 'shipped' status on the US portal?

Currently, Peter moves the orders from 'ready to dispatch' to 'shipped' once sent out, and we then mark the orders in 'shipped' as 'complete'.
However, there's no real need for this last step now, as we don't necessarily need to check any of the orders that have been shipped....

Removed Shipped status and removed complicated code for orders going in and out of Shipped and Completed to other states.

New rules are orders going into Completed (All) deduct stock counts, orders leaving Completed increase stock counts.
