Have chased the offending order all the way from Arrived backed to Packed, to Shipment Booked to Shipped and back to Arrived. All the totals were updated correctly. Will try some random movements next

Tried random movements between non Arrived states, then systematically out of Arrived, in to each of the three other states and then back in to Arrived. The totals kept track acurately throughout.
