FS#238 - Rework orders admin pages

Currently the order status is no retrieved until after the main orders are retrieved from the database. This means either erroneous statii or lines removed and replaced with a not shown message. Sometimes entire pages are removed in this way.

It's tedious, but the status needs retrieving from the SMS system before display and the shipped and new order status adjusted accordingly.

Code uncommented that allows orders to be marked as shipped. Code added to call this code on receipt of a valid ship date from SMS, as very often the SMS status remains at "new". Appears to get changed when they inform us of a tracking number.

How about adding a poll request to the SMS stock server, or even another server that periodically retrieves the status of all orders in the databases that are marked as "new"?
