FS#32 - Country not shown on admin page, but appears in CRM account

Hi Owen,

We noticed today with Newland Chiropractic Clinic that the United Kingdom appears on the CRM country field, however it doesn't show up on the admin page and therefore wouldn't despatch initially.

See attached for details.

It looks as though one order was despatched successfully without a country code displayed.

Unable to reproduce. Keep an eye on CRM orders and report any more occurrences. Please be as precise as possible with steps taken and settings selected on phone order page
