FS#72 - Add mechanism to allow linking to files for SMS

Preferably a single zip file!

Will need to include

* New microsite to avoid conflicts and contamination of orders admin

* Add a file upload feature to SMS dispatch to allow copying files from orders admin to new microsite

* Can we add ability to say when files have been downloaded, probably not.

* Add new entry box to show files what have been uploaded.

* Add mechanism to zip up all files so we can link to a single file

I would address this after we managed to break up the orders into the individual boxes

Microsite not an issue, nor file upload as we do this for the US portal.

Has SMS been approached about this? Are they in a place where they can actually process the file grabs?

Created an SFTP service, username sftpuser password 4965__Uubm0t3v on the orders server. Can use same file upload process as for the US server.

Are SMS able to use an FTP client?

Orders server now hidden behind knock server as well, will S.M.S cope with this?
